CUNY Law's Career Planning Office prepares students and alumni for the job market and facilitates their securing employment that meets their individual needs and talents. The Career Planning Office does through individual counseling; communicating the availability of opportunities; preparing individuals so that they have the proper skills (resume, cover letter writing and interviewing and networking skills) to secure employment;through programming and counseling; educating  about the employment market and the requisite skills and experience that are needed to secure a job, and working with and collaborating with students, faculty and departments.

The Career Planning Office is available to current students and graduates to educate and guide them in their career development. We offer a range of services that effectively help them identify goals and then to search for employment, internships and funding, for summer, school-year or post-graduation, according to their experience and preferences.
