What is PILA?

The Public Interest Law Association (PILA) is a student-run organization that throws an annual fundraising gala to provide summer fellowships to our law students. These fellowships allow our students to pursue summer public interest legal internships, which are typically unpaid.

By purchasing a ticket or table, you will directly contribute to the funding of our law students' summer fellowships.

Thank you for your support.

Thank you for your continued support of PILA!

This event is open to all CUNY Students, alumni and guests. The CUNY School of Law Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. For federal income tax purposes, you can deduct as a charitable contribution the price of your ticket(s) less the fair market value. We estimate the fair market value of each ticket to be $45.00. A portion of all donations may be used to fund further advancement efforts on behalf of CUNY School of Law.
